Movements of Grace Begins Manufacturing Food in Colombia

Movements of Grace is proud to announce that we have completed our first large scale production run of dehydrated soup manufactured in Colombia. This nutritious, easy to prepare soup will dramatically increase the opportunity for Movements of Grace to fulfill and expand our mission of serving refugees, migrants and displaced families.

As of mid-October, 83% of the first production run has been distributed to a network of 18 like minded partners who provide daily and weekly hot meal feedings throughout Colombia and Venezuela.

Movements of Grace would like to thank Gleanings for the Hungry, a Christian humanitarian organization in Dinuba, CA that produces a similar dehydrated soup. Their expertise, encouragement and insight enabled us to develop a healthy soup recipe in an efficient way and timely manner.

Movements of Grace is currently finalizing opportunities with other Colombian non-profit organizations and church partners to expand the amount of people in crisis in the region that we will be able to assist in serving.
